A public reservoir north of Johnstown, also commonly spelled Hinkston Run. The Hinckston Run Road launch provides access for paddling and fishing, with picnic facilities nearby. Gasoline motors are prohibited; the authority requires a PFBC or DCNR boat-use permit.
